The product never moved. One clean shot from the brand's website became a bathroom shelf, a model's hands, a kale splash, a flatlay, a testimonial. The trick was never the AI. It is the brief. Nail the six lines below and the model builds your brand. Skip them and you get generic slop, which is what most AI ads are.

The One-Photo Ad Brief
One product photo, fifty ads, one brief
You commented FIFTY on the reel. Here it is: the exact fill-in-the-blanks brief we used to turn a single Sigi Skin Kaleanser photo into a month of ad creative. Steal it. Or send us your product and we will run it for you.
Start with one clean photo
One product shot on a plain background is all you need. Phone camera is fine. That single image becomes the reference the model holds onto in every scene, so the exact product, its shape, label and colour, stays identical across ten different worlds.
Write the brief, not just prompts
Brand, product, palette, mood, audience, and the one rule that never changes. One line each. This is the step everyone skips, and it is exactly why their output looks like everyone else's.
Below is the whole brief. The six lines filled in for Kaleanser, the product-lock line to paste on every prompt, all six scene prompts to copy, and the printable PDF to keep.
Fill these in before you generate anything
Paste this at the end of every image prompt
This one sentence keeps the exact product across every scene. Miss it once and the model redraws your packaging and invents new text.
Six prompts, one product
Attach your product photo as the reference on every generation. Swap the [brackets] using your brief, and append the product-lock line to each.
Animate, cut, caption
Animate each still (4 seconds, image-to-video, cut to about 3 in the edit). Hard cuts only, crossfades make AI footage read like a slideshow. One word at a time captions. Upscale to 1080 x 1920. Add your music natively at post so the licence stays clean.
